Blockbuster stores die. Netflix raises prices by over 60%. People flock to Redbox for $1 a movie. Then they raise prices to $1.50 a movie! Wise? Doubt it. One wonders why piracy exists until you see those facts. I’m too tired to expound or make a good argument. The following should suffice. I get an email from Redbox to survey why I’m not using them. Pricing is not a choice, so I choose “billing problems.” Here’s what happens:
Ooh! Not only can you not include a response, out of your 7 responses, which includes, “We jacked our prices up because we’re filthy scum that should have our beds set on fire,” but you can’t even hire competent IT guys or pay for stable servers!
